Fairy Tail/ Season 1

   Hey guys! How are you doing? 😊 It has been a looooooooong time since the last time I post something here, I am genuinely sorry for that. I hope your lives became better than before from then on... Mine didn't, to be honest 😅 I quit my job and still looking for one, this is not something entertaining, I'm telling you 😒 

   Considering that I have absolutely bothimg to do, I threw myself to my poor laptop and started to watch anime, nonstop... 😃😃 Actually, Fairy Tail is my first anime. Even though I was never biased against anime I haven't watched before. Man, I have missed a lot 😞 The moment I started to watch Fairy Tail, I became addicted to it and not just that, I fell in love... 😍😍

   As far as I know, there are 7 seasons of its anime version. Final season is about to end at manga, unfortunately 😔😔 I am going to write about season 1 tonight and planning to post every season each sunday until it ends. First season is mostly introduction. You become familiar with characters and get to know them. So, let's start! 😊

   Okay, in another world, there is a kingdom named Fiore. In this world and kingdom magic is a very common thing, part of the daily life. And there are some things based upon magic. Like guilds who take dangerous jobs in order to help people. In this kingdom there is a lovely city, Magnolia. And our beloved guild is located here... 😊 This guild's name is Fairy Tail, as you can guess. There are a lot of powerful wizards in this guild and there wizards loves to break things. 😃😃 

   Our main character's name is Natsu Dragneel and he is a badass dragon slayer. Yees, a dragon slayer... 😎😎 He is a fire wizard and even though he looks doesn't look like it, he is really powerful. He can eat a little town's food at one sitting. 😋😃 

   Other one is Gray Fullbuster, an ice wizard. Skillful one. 😏 He and Natsu bicker a lot, like every single second but there is a beeeautiful bromance between them... 😏😏😎 He is a cool guy just like his magic type.

   Now it's time to introduce our girls. Here is Lucy, she is a celestial wizard. She can summon spirits with her keys. Her spirits are a little nut job but this is exactly what makes them funny. 😃 She wants to be a member of Fairy Tail but doesn't know how to. One day she comes across with Natsu and after a few incidents and at the end of the very first episode, she finds herself at the doorstep of Fairy Tail. 

   Another character of ours is strong and powerful Erza Scarlet. 😏 She is powerful, real time. I mean, nor Natsu neither Gray don't afraid of anything but even thinking about Erza makes them hug each other. 😃😃

   There are bunch of other characters but first season is mostly about them, so I'm not gonna go into more detail. I mean more than I already have. 😃

   I have to admit that first few episodes are a bit boring and you may not like it at first. But after those episodes you begin to see how actually good it is. 😊 Season is 48 episodes. After those, main story starts to take form. I have to say that story itself is mind bending. I mean the whole story. It is a very successful production. Even though I kinda want to kill Hiro Mashima for making all of us cry at the latest seasons, I congratulate him for managing to come out with such an amazing anime/manga series. 😍  

   I know that I didn't get into details so much but I didn't want to spoil the fun. 😊 Watch it you guys, I %100 percent guarantee that you will love it! I for myself, watched the series and I started all over again right after I finished it! 😍😍😃

Ateş Laneti-Jeaniene Frost/Gece Prensi Serisi

    Merhaba arkadaşlar, nasılsınız? Her ne kadar bugünlerde ülkemizde iyi olmak çok zor olsa da umarım iyisinizdir. Ülke olarak çok zor bir zamandan geçiyoruz ve umarım bunu daha fazla acı almadan atlatmayı başarabiliriz. Şehitlerimizin ailelerine başsağlığı dilemekten başka hiç bir şey gelmiyor malesef elimden. Diliyorum böyle bir şeyi bir kez daha yaşamayız.

    Size bugün Ateş Laneti'ni getirdim. Her ne kadar çok güzel olsa da ülkemizde devamını bulamadığım bir kitap malesef. Frost kitabında çok ünlü bir klişeyi alıp sıradışı bir kahramana dönüştürmüş. Ve bunu başarılı bir şekilde yapmış kesinlikle. Esas karakterlerimizden biri Vladivaslav Basarab,namı diğer Vlad Tepesh. Ya da illa bizim bildiğimiz adıyla söylemek gerekirse Kazıklı Voyvoda. Söylemem gerek,adam lakabının hakkını kesinlikle veriyor. Kazıklara inanılmaz bir düşkünlüğü var.

   Esas kızımız da Leila,ya da kitabın başında kullanmayı tercih ettiği ismiyle Frankie. Kendisi ailesinde uzak,sirkte çalışan genç bir bayan. Geçirdiği bir kaza sonucu büyük bir yaraya ve beraberinde kesinlikle hoşlanmadığı iki yeteneğe sahip oluyor. İlki,elektroşok. Dokunduğu herkese elektrik veriyor. İkincisi ise daha karanlık; sağ elini kullanarak insanlardan bilgi parçaları alıyor. Geçmiş ya da gelecek fark etmeksizin. Zaten başını belaya sokan da bu yeteneği oluyor. 

    Leila sadece insanlardan oluşan bir dünyada yaşamadığının farkında. En yakından tanıdığı diğer türse vampirler. Yine de bir grup vampir tarafından kaçırılmayı beklediği söylenemez tabi...

   Leila'dan bekledikleri çok basit olsa da inanılmaz derecede tehlikeli bir şey. Kimliğini söylemedikleri çok güçlü bir vampirin izini sürmesini istiyorlar. Sonrasında Leila'yı yaşatmak gibi bir niyetlerini az çok tahmin edebilirsiniz sanırım. Leila da bu gerçekten yola çıkarak büyük bir kumar oynuyor; Ateş Çıkaran'a neler olduğunu bir bir anlatıyor ve güvenliğine karşılık onunla anlaşma yapıyor. Komik olan şu ki,Leila Ateş Çıkaran'ın çok güçlü olduğunu anlamış olsa da hâlâ kim olduğuna dair bir fikri yok. Duyunca da inanmıyor ya,neyse...

   Vlad Tepesh ise yeni bulduğu hazineyi bırakmaya niyetli değil. Leila'yı tutmak niyetinde,ister misafir olarak ister tutsak... Tamamen Leila'ya kalmış bir durum.Yaşamaya meraklı ve zeki bir kız olan Leila seçmesi gereken yolu akıllıca buluyor.

   Zamanla çiftimizin arasında yarı güvene dayalı -ve kesinlikle 'tam kapsamlı' şehvete dayalı- bir iş ilişkisi gelişiyor. Zamanla iş ilişkisinden daha başka bir şeye dönüştüğü doğru olsa da ilk adımlar tamamen buna dayalı. 

    Bir yandan Leila Vlad'a düşmanlarını bulmasında yardımcı olurken bir yandan da Vlad Leila'ya güçlerini nasıl silah olarak kullanabileceğini gösteriyor. Geçmişiyle yüzleşmesinde teşvik edici bir rol oynuyor. 

   Ancak geçmişiyle yüzleşmesi gereken tek kişi Leila değil,Vlad'ın uzın zaman önce yok ettiğini sandığı düşmanı yeniden yükseliyor ve geçmişi de kendisiyle beraber getiriyor. Ölümcül düşmanlar,beklenmedik ihanetler ve entrikalardan oluşan bir ağın içine dolanmış bir serüven kitap boyunca son sürat ilerliyor. 

   Nefesinizi tutarak okuyacağınız,bitirmeden de elinizden bırakmayacağınız bir kitap,sizi temin ederim. Kitaptaki tek sorun,esas karakterin -ya da yazarın,bilemiyorum- Türklere inanılmaz bir nefret duyması.  Yani,her kitabın bir kötü karakterinin olması gerektiğinin ve yazarın da yarihe dayanarak kurgusunu oluşturduğunun farkındayım ancak sanırım milliyetçi yanım biraz kendini ortaya serdi okurken. Kendime takılmamak gerektiğini söylüyorum, sonuçta başka bir ülke aynı şekilde yazıldığında zorlanmadan okuyabiliyorsak,tarafsız yargılayabilmek adına bunu da rahatça okumamız lazım,değil mi?

   Yine de,harika bir kitaptı. Türkiye'de bulamayınca devamını yurt dışından getirtmek durumunda kaldım ama pişman olduğumu söyleyemem. Okumanızı tavsiye ederim. Bir dahaki görüşmemize kadar kendinize iyi bakın arkadaşlar...

The Dream Thieves-Maggie Stiefvater / Raven Cycle-2

   Hey guys! I have missed you... 😃 Have are you doing lately? I am kinda in a good mood last two days,don't ask why because i don't know 😃 

   I was also in a reading frenzy... I read a story on Wattpad and i have to tell you; it was terrible!! 😵 I had an incredible urge to read something better just to have the taste of a good book. 😕 So i started to read Raven Boys again. You know, the first book of this series. I finished it in three hours and then i started to The Dream Thieves.And then the third one but I am not gonna talk about it right now. 

   Okay, i am hoping that you read the first book. After Adam's sacrifice things are changing. To bad but also to good. In The Dream Thieves we are getting to know Ronan more. And we are witnessing the changes that Adam's going through. But i can say that we see Ronan much more than anyone else. We are discovering what actually Ronan is. Basically, the sequel's name is coming from Ronan's identity. 

   New enemies are arising. But maybe not all of them are enemies, who knows, right? 😉 Maybe some of them can teach something to our boys before they leave. Or maybe some of them can be our friends as well... I will leave it to you to find out. 

   There is not much to talk or write about The Dream Thieves really. Because even though things are going on, the process is slow. I can tell you that and it makes the book hard to read. But still, i think i won't complain too much. 😃 

   I'm gonna tell you one last thing, though. The thing-the relationship between Blue ( or Jane 😃 ) and Adam is kind of fading away, as expected, of course. 

   The Dream Thieves is a good book to read if you are a patient reader. If you are not, well then... You can still read it but not expect too much adrenaline. 😃

Raven Boys-Maggie Stiefvater/ Raven Cycle-1

   Hey guys,how are you feeling today? I am terribly sick. 😵 I don't know how i did it but i managed to catch cold at the hottest days of the year. 😕 I hope you are netter than i am...

   I finished Raven Boys today and i did it just because i wanted to post it here as soon as possible. When i was buying it,i didn't know anything about the book. I just saw it at the hands of nearly all bookstagrams i am following. And the cover is good,the sentence written on the cover is also very interesting. 😃 As you see,i bought Raven Boys just because of curiosity. But i am not disappointed. Not really. I was expecting something slightly different,though. 😃 

   Whatever,this is about a bunch of high school boys who is looking for an ancient king to wake him up. And a girl named Blue -or Jane,you'll understand when you read the book 😃- who lives her psychic mom and her also psychic friends. Their predictions are not certain,but still true.

   Everything begins at the day when Blue and her new-in-town aunt Neeve went to the ruins of an old church. To learn to the names who are goona die in twelve months. Possibly. Not certainly. By the way,i forgot to tell you that Blue has no psychic powers except than strengthening the energy around her. So she is going to the church just because of that. And write the names that her aunt has learned. 

   But for the first time,she sees an aura. When she asks her aunt why,she says there are only two reasons for that. Either this guy is her true love or she is the one who is gonna kill him. And she decides to warn him. But there is a problem,she doesn't know anything about him but his name. 

   By the way,there is something else going on out of their sight. Our boy, Gansey, is -the boy who is looking for the leyline- recording a conversation between his aura and Blue. But of course he has no idea what he is recording and he also could record only half of the conversation. 

   In some ways,very strange ways,their path is crossing. Gansey has three friends who help him in his research. Noah -he kinda my favorite 😃- Ronan and Adam. Each one of them have their own struggles in their life. 

   There are a lot of things going on and neither Blue nor the guys have any idea what these are. I will give you one. Boys' teacher, Mr Whelk knows everything about this research and he wants it all. 

   Blue sees something that she shouldn't see. And there is also a strange match in the book. I think everyone kind of figured out that Blue's true love is Gansey. But it is not happening at the first book. At some points,i really wanted to punch Blue in her face. 😆 But for Gansey,he is feeling something, thank goodness. 😃 

   Book ended good and the moment i finshed the book,i ordered the rest of the cycle. But it didn't begin very good,to be honest. I was kinda bored at first hundred pages. Then it progressed. 

   Still,it is a book you can read with joy. Raven Boys is unique on its own way. Have fun! 😊
